Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the master resell rights digital product, hereinafter referred to as the "Product," provided by Profit Blueprint X.

By accessing or using the Master Resell RIghts, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Product.

Grant of License:

We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and distribute the Master Resell Rights in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This license is valid for the duration of your ownership of the Master Resell Rights.

Intellectual Property:

All aspects of the Master Resell RIghts, including but not limited to its content, design, logos, trademarks, and associated materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the sole property of Profit Blueprint X or its licensors. You acknowledge that you hold no ownership rights in the Master Resell RIghts, except for those explicitly granted under this Agreement.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Termination:

We retain the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Product at any time and without prior notice if we have reason to believe you have breached any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of the Product and delete any copies in your possession.

Amendments:

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Continued use of the Product following any modifications indicates your acceptance of such changes.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Profit Blueprint X concerning the use of the Product and supersedes all previous or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We retain the right to amend or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. Your ongoing use of the Product subsequent to any changes to the terms and conditions signifies your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions.
